Services
We provide cybersecurity advisory, IT consultation, software development, startup support, and ancillary technology services. Scope, timeline, and fees are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work.
No guarantee of security
While we follow industry best practices, no system is 100 percent secure. Our advisory and implementation reduce risk but do not guarantee absence of incidents. You remain responsible for final decisions and ongoing operations.
Intellectual property
Deliverables defined as work product in a signed SOW transfer to client upon full payment unless otherwise stated. Our pre-existing tools and generic templates remain our property.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by laws of United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in Ajman.
